Cancelation and Refund Policy:

1. Once Tour packages or air tickets booked and confirmed, cancellation or re-schedule charges will be charged according to airline policy.

2. Air ticket cancelation and re scheduling charges will be vary by one airline to other.

3. Tour packages cancelation and re scheduling charges will be vary by one tour package to other.

4. Cancellations made for certain airlines are subject to a non-refundable.

5. If you need to cancel your reservation, please send us a mail contact our Customer Service Representative.

6. In normal circumstances a refund is processed almost immediately. However, in case of a credit card bank transfer, it takes a minimum of twenty five days.

7. It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
